环氧丙烷装置采用氯醇法工艺路线，具有一定的竞争力。氯醇化反应器一般有单塔、双塔、三塔及管式反应器，管式反应器较先进，转化率高、消耗小、精制过程一般有三塔精馏和双塔精馏，选择管式反应器双塔精馏工艺。三废处理可与集团公司排灰系统配套。碳酸二甲酯及丙二醇装置采用国内酯交换法先进技术，工艺简单，成熟可靠，易操作，投资少，副产品又是紧俏产品，国际上具有一定的先进性，具备一定的竞争能力。碳酸丙烯酯装置采用国内酯交换法先进技术，该技术具有能耗低，投资少，产品纯度高、着色好、性能好等优点，首次在丙碳行业采用，具有一定的先进性。

Adopting chlorohydrin technological line, propylene oxide device has certain competitive power. Chlorohydrin reactor has single-tower, double-tower, tri-tower and tubular types with tubular type as more advanced. Tubular type rectification technology is selected due to high conversion, small consumption, refining process regularly including tri-tower rectification and double-tower rectification. Three wastes disposal can be matched with ash discharging system of the group company. Methyl carbonate and propylene glycol devices adopt domestically advanced technique of ester exchange. With simple technology, mature and reliable, easy to operate, small investment, with by-products as hard-to-get products, internationally advanced, this technique has certain competitive power. Carbonic allyl ester device adopts domestically advanced technique of ester exchange. With advantages of low energy consumption, small investment, high purity of products, fine color and performance, this technique is adopted in the carbonic allyl ester industry and has certain progress.
